Just picked up the XLIM Pro 3 on Saturday from Vapestore, been absolutely loving it but now on day 2 it's tasting a bit burnt and I haven't even gone through half the pod. Using Elfliq Blue Razz, 20mg nic salt.

Is this normal when you first get a kit or have I done something wrong? Not sure I primed it properly when I first filled it.

Burnt taste on a brand new pod is almost always down to not priming it properly before first use. When you fill a new pod, the cotton wick needs time to fully soak up the liquid before you fire it.

For future pods: fill it up, then wait at least 5-10 minutes before taking your first draw. You can also take a few gentle "primer puffs" – draw on the mouthpiece without actually pressing the fire button – to help pull liquid through. Since you're already past that point, grab a fresh pod and start again with the priming step. Should sort it immediately.

Same thing happened to me with my first pod. The waiting time really does make a difference – felt like overkill but I haven't had a burnt pod since I started doing it properly. Also make sure you're not letting the pod run nearly empty before you refill. Vaping on a nearly dry pod burns the coil fast.

Cheers both. Got a fresh pod, let it sit for about 8 minutes before my first draw. Tastes absolutely mint now. Proper annoyed I went through two pods before finding this lol. Lesson learned!
