Hello everyone. I've been vaping for about 8 months now since quitting cigarettes after 25 years and I'm still learning. My XLIM Pro 2 seems to charge very slowly – it takes a good 2-3 hours to charge from low to full. Is that normal or should it be faster?

I'm using the USB-C cable that came with it, plugged into my phone charger.

2-3 hours isn't unusual for XLIM charging, but the speed does depend quite a bit on your charger. Most phone chargers are fine but some older USB wall plugs output lower wattage and will charge more slowly.

Try using a newer phone charger (anything from the last few years that does fast charge should be fine) and see if that speeds things up. The XLIM Pro 2 doesn't draw a huge amount of power so even with a good charger it's not lightning fast, but under 2 hours should be achievable.

Congrats on quitting by the way – 25 years is massive. Mine took about 90 mins to charge from near-flat using a decent USB-C charger. If yours is taking 3 hours consistently it might be worth trying a different cable too – cheap cables can restrict charging speed.

Thank you Steve, it really has been life-changing. Tried it with my son's phone charger and it's down to about 1h 45m now. Must have been the old charger I was using. Simple fix – appreciate the help.
