How do I reset the puff counter on my XLIM Pro 3 when I fit a new pod?

Found the puff counter screen on my Pro 3 by accident and it is showing well over two thousand, which must be three or four pods worth by now. Is there a way to zero it when I put a fresh pod in, or does it just count forever? Feels like it would be genuinely useful if I could reset it each time.

You can zero it, and it takes about three seconds. Press the fire button three times to cycle the display modes until the puff counter screen is showing (mode one is wattage and battery, mode two is the counter, mode three is voltage output). With the counter on screen, hold the plus and minus buttons together for two to three seconds - the counter flashes and drops to zero. A single press of fire takes you back to the normal display. Do it every time you fit a new pod and the number becomes genuinely useful, because XLIM pods run roughly 600 to 800 puffs, so once you are up around that mark you know the flavour drop you are about to notice is the pod ageing rather than anything wrong with the device. Worth knowing the method differs by model: the XLIM 3 Ultra resets through its touchscreen settings menu, the VPrime uses the same hold minus and plus together, and the Go 2, Go Lite and NeXLIM Go have no screen so there is no counter to reset. The full sequence with the display modes is in our XLIM Pro 3 settings guide.

Resetting it with every new pod changed how I use the thing. I know now that I am good to about 700 and after that the flavour starts going, so I stop blaming the liquid and just swap the pod. Before that I was guessing by taste alone and always left it too long.

Took me months to work out that three clicks was cycling display modes rather than doing something to the wattage. I kept ending up on the voltage screen and thinking I had broken a setting.

Held plus and minus and it went straight to zero, brilliant. New pod in and counter reset, so I will actually know where I am this time. Cheers for the per-model bit too, my partner has the Ultra.
