My NeXLIM has started leaking from the bottom of the pod where it connects to the device. There's liquid collecting in that gap and occasionally gets into the device. Pod is about 9 days old. Anyone know why this is happening?

Leaking from the bottom connection is usually a combination of a worn pod gasket and possibly overfilling. At 9 days the silicone seal in the pod does start to degrade slightly, which can let a small amount of liquid seep down.

First: wipe the connection area completely dry with a cotton bud and dry the device port too. Then try a fresh pod with a careful fill level – fill to about 80%, not fully to the top. The air gap prevents pressure building up that can force liquid through the seals.

If it happens again quickly on a new pod, it might be worth checking you're not leaving the device on its side or upside down – gravity can work against you with any slight seal wear.

Had exactly this. New pod and not overfilling fixed it completely. The NeXLIM pods are great but they do need the fill level to be respected – they're less forgiving than XLIM pods if you overfill.

Fresh pod and 80% fill level – no leaking at all! It's been two days now. Should have replaced the pod sooner. Thanks for the help!
