I've had my NeXLIM for about 4 months and noticed the battery isn't lasting quite as long as it did initially. Used to easily get through a full day, now I'm charging it at lunchtime as well. Is this just normal battery wear or should I investigate something?

Some capacity loss over 4 months of daily use is normal – lithium batteries degrade with charge cycles. How quickly depends on charging habits. A few things that help going forward: don't routinely charge from empty, and don't leave it plugged in constantly after it's full.

Also worth checking if your wattage setting has crept up – it's easy to accidentally knock the control. Higher wattage = faster battery drain. A higher-resistance pod will also draw less power. If it's getting significantly worse over a short period rather than gradually, that would be more concerning.

Mine did the same around the 5-month mark. Just a reality of battery-powered devices. Vapestore's warranty covers manufacturing defects but not general wear – worth contacting them anyway if you feel the degradation is unusually rapid.

Appreciated. Checked my wattage and it had indeed gone up a notch – possibly knocked it. Dropped it back down and the battery life has improved noticeably. Could have been that all along. Good tip about checking that first.
