If a replacement pod, different device or Vapestore product page makes sense, we will say so clearly and link to the relevant guide or tracked buying option.
My XLIM Pro 3 just stopped firing completely — button doesn't respond, not a pod issue (tried three different pods and they all fire in my mate's kit fine). Device is 3 weeks old, bought from Vapestore. What's the warranty process and how long does it take?
Really sorry to hear that — the Pro 3 is very reliable so this is unusual. OXVA devices sold through Vapestore come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty. The process: (1) Contact Vapestore customer service with your order number and a fault description. (2) They'll likely ask for a short video showing the issue. (3) Replacement dispatched within 3–5 working days typically. Your order confirmation email is all you need as proof of purchase — no need to return the box.
Went through this with a NeXLIM last November. Emailed Vapestore Monday, they asked for a video Tuesday, replacement dispatched Wednesday, arrived Friday. Absolutely painless. Brand new boxed unit, not a refurb. Keep the faulty device until they confirm — they might want it back (they didn't in my case).
One tip: always keep the original box. Also — if your device is less than 30 days old you might qualify for a straight return under consumer rights, regardless of the warranty process. Worth knowing.
