Classic me — bought my XLIM Go 2 from Vapestore three weeks ago, chucked the box. Now the auto-draw isn't working and I want to claim warranty but don't have the box or serial number. I do have the order confirmation email. Am I stuck?
You're fine Ben — Vapestore keeps full order records so your order confirmation email is all you need. The order number ties back to the exact unit, batch and purchase date on their system. Email support with: (1) your order number, (2) description of the fault, (3) a short video. They can verify everything from their end without the serial number.
Had the same panic after losing my Pro 3 box. Emailed Vapestore with just the order confirmation and they sorted it with zero fuss. Your Vapestore account also has your full order history with timestamps — log in and grab the order number from there if you can't find the email.
Worth knowing for future — Vapestore's My Account section has your complete order history. Even if you delete the confirmation email you can always pull the order number from there. I screenshot all my order confirmations to my phone photos too, belt and braces.
