Where exactly do you put the liquid in the XLIM pod? I lifted the mouthpiece and there seem to be two holes and I do not want to pour juice down the wrong one. My last refill leaked everywhere and gurgled for ages. What is the correct way to fill it so it does not flood?
The XLIM pods are top-fill. Lift the silicone mouthpiece cap and you will see two openings - the larger side port is the fill hole, and the central one is the chimney (the airway you draw through). Always fill down the outer side port and never the centre one, or it floods and gurgles exactly as you describe. Fill slowly to about 90 percent, leave a small air gap, then firmly press the cap back in. Crucially, let a freshly filled pod stand upright for 5 to 10 minutes before your first vape so the cotton fully soaks - that one step prevents most leaks and burnt first-hits. If a pod has already flooded, tissue-wrap the base and give a few gentle blows through the mouthpiece to clear it. When a pod is genuinely worn rather than flooded, a fresh genuine XLIM pod is the fix.
The centre-hole mistake is so common, I did it on my first one and it poured straight through into my mouth. Side port only and slow. Once I started letting it sit ten minutes before vaping I stopped getting any leaks at all.
