Getting conflicting info about whether OXVA pods are fully UK TPD compliant. Some posts say OXVA pods come in 3ml sizes which is over the 2ml limit. I want to make sure I'm buying legal kit. Can anyone clarify the actual situation?

All OXVA devices and pods sold through authorised UK retailers like Vapestore are fully UK TPD compliant. The 3ml refers to the physical pod capacity — UK pods are filled to a maximum of 2ml of nicotine e-liquid per TPD regulation. OXVA holds full UK MHRA notification for all devices and pods. Full breakdown here: OXVA UK Compliance and Certification Guide.

The 3ml thing trips a lot of people up. The physical pod holds 3ml but you fill it yourself using 10ml shortfill bottles plus a nicotine shot — both TPD compliant and sold separately. OXVA UK stock is all MHRA registered. You can check the MHRA database directly if you want absolute confirmation.

Worth noting too — nicotine e-liquid in the UK is capped at 20mg/ml and 10ml max bottle size by TPD. That's a liquid regulation, not a device regulation. OXVA devices are hardware and don't contain nicotine so they're in a separate regulatory category. The compliance guide above explains it clearly.
