Include your device, pod resistance, e-liquid type and what happened before the problem started. Example: “XLIM Go Lite, 0.8 ohm pod, 50/50 nic salt, leaking after refill.”

The box only came with a tiny multilingual leaflet. Is there a more comprehensive manual available online? I want to understand all the touchscreen settings and modes properly before I accidentally change something. Checked the OXVA website but couldn't find a PDF download.
For Vapestore warranty claims: you don't need the physical card, just your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Vapestore's customer service team are excellent in my experience - they replaced my NeXLIM coil pack without fuss when I had a batch issue.
