My pods were burning out after 3 days until I changed my routine. Biggest difference: proper priming. Fill the pod, leave it 10 minutes before the first puff, then start at lowest wattage for the first 5 puffs. Pod life went from 3 days to 8-10 days. What's working for everyone else?

VG ratio is huge and nobody talks about it enough. Anything over 70% VG destroys XLIM mesh coils faster - the thicker liquid doesn't wick quickly enough. Switched from 70/30 to 50/50 and my pod life basically doubled. You sacrifice a little vapour volume but flavour actually improves with 50/50.

Clean the contacts regularly. The gold contact points on both device and pod get sticky residue over time, causing the device to fire harder than needed to compensate. A quick wipe with a dry cotton bud every week keeps the connection clean and efficient. Made a noticeable difference for me.

Chain vaping is the enemy. Puff after puff quickly means the wick never re-saturates and you're essentially dry-burning the coil. The XLIM Pro 3's Pulse System helps a lot with this but even so - give it 20-30 seconds between longer sessions. Significant improvement in pod life.

Vaping etiquette: technically legal in most indoor spaces unless the venue says otherwise. But I always step outside or to a designated smoking area. Not worth the looks or the argument. The one exception is private homes, car (on your own), or outdoor spaces. Be the considerate vaper and you make it easier for everyone.

Weekly flavour: on Nasty Juice Yummy Fruity 20mg in my NeXLIM Pro right now. 2 weeks in and still loving it. Very clean fruit mix, doesn't get sickly. Getting about 4-5 days from each coil at moderate use which I'm happy with.

Same calculation here - was spending £1,600/year on Elf Bars. Now about £400/year with my XLIM setup. That's genuinely £1,200 back. More if you factor in that the hardware is reusable. The savings argument is completely unanswerable.
