My mum has been a smoker for 35 years (about 10 a day) and has decided she wants to try vaping to help her quit. She's not tech-savvy at all and needs something very simple. Budget is flexible. Which OXVA kit would you recommend as a gift for an absolute beginner who smokes?

Get her 20mg nic salts – Elfliq is the easiest starting point because it's simple to find and very consistent. Maybe get her the Blueberry or Spearmint to start.
The most important thing: tell her to give it at least 2-3 weeks before judging. The first few days of switching can feel odd, but it gets much better. Having support from family makes a real difference too.
