Coil system

NeXLIM uses replaceable dual-mesh coils in a reusable pod shell. You swap the coil, not the whole pod. XLIM 3 Ultra uses disposable XLIM top-fill pods - when the coil is spent, you replace the whole pod. NeXLIM’s approach is cheaper per coil life but has a longer refill/replace process.

Can NeXLIM use XLIM pods?
No. NeXLIM uses its own dedicated coil and pod system with 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω options. XLIM pods are not compatible with NeXLIM, and NeXLIM coils are not compatible with XLIM devices.
Is the NeXLIM dual mesh better than the XLIM Pulse System?
They’re different approaches. Dual mesh (NeXLIM) heats a wider surface area simultaneously, producing more vapour and flavour density at higher wattages. Pulse System (Ultra) fires in micro-bursts on a single mesh pod to optimise consistency and pod life. For maximum flavour, dual mesh at the right wattage generally wins. For XLIM pod users, Pulse is a genuine upgrade over standard continuous power delivery.
Which has better battery life - NeXLIM or XLIM 3 Ultra?
Both carry a 1500mAh battery. Real-world life depends heavily on wattage: NeXLIM in Eco mode at lower wattage is very efficient. XLIM 3 Ultra with Pulse at 20 - 28W is similar. The XLIM 3 Ultra charges in approximately 30 minutes which is a practical advantage for all-day users.
Is NeXLIM harder to refill than XLIM 3 Ultra?
Slightly. NeXLIM pods are top-fill but have a separate coil that must be replaced when spent. XLIM 3 Ultra’s XLIM pods are simpler - fill and replace the whole pod. The NeXLIM process takes a few extra seconds but the coil-swap approach is better value long-term.
