My XLIM showed low battery not long after charging. Could this be the cable, the battery, or the pod?

Try another cable first. A weak cable can make it look charged when it is not properly charged.

Test with a known good USB-C cable and a sensible low-output charger. Clean the charging port gently if there is lint. If the battery still drops quickly after a full charge, note the pod resistance and wattage because lower resistance drains faster. A sharp battery drop on a new device is worth raising with the retailer.
