After I refill my XLIM Pro 3, it sometimes says check pod for a few puffs. Is that a pod problem or am I filling it wrong?
Starter Q&A: this topic was added by OXVA Vapes UK to help new visitors understand common forum questions.
Mine only does that if there is a little liquid around the bottom of the pod. Wiping it before putting it back usually helps.
Start by removing the pod and wiping both the bottom of the cartridge and the device contacts with tissue. A small amount of liquid or condensation can interrupt pod detection after a refill. If the same pod keeps showing check pod after cleaning, test a fresh compatible XLIM pod before replacing the device. The pod compatibility matrix is the safest place to check the exact replacement route.
