Starter Q&A example: My XLIM Pro 3 screen was bright at first but now appears dim even after charging, is that firmware or battery age?

If brightness drops only when the screen is on, check system brightness settings in the device menu first and restart the device fully. If the same happens after a hard reset, contact a support channel and the reseller. Keep a fresh pod available; dim behaviour is often not pod related and may need battery cycle checks.

Most dim-screen cases are usually software/firmware or contact-related first, not a pod fault.
