Starter Q&A example: I see a wet ring near the pod bottom edge with no big leak inside the mouthpiece. What should I do?

First check that the base is fully closed and no particles are around the thread. Thread residue can prevent a proper seal. Clean with dry material, leave it upright, and avoid hot direct sunlight when stored. If it happens repeatedly with a new pod, replace the pod and monitor the seal area.

A wet ring can be early warning of poor seating or overfill.
