My XLIM Pro 3 is showing slightly different resistance readings after I refill. It still vapes but I am not sure if this means the pod is going bad.

Mine does that a little if the contacts are damp. I wipe the base and it settles.

A small change can happen after refilling if there is condensation or liquid around the contacts. Dry the pod base and device contacts, then reinsert the pod. If the reading jumps wildly or the device cuts out, try a fresh pod.
