Can I use a fast phone charger with an OXVA vape or should it be a lower power plug?
Use the cable supplied or a good-quality USB-C cable with a suitable low-output plug. Avoid damaged cables, wet ports and high-power chargers if the device manual does not recommend them. Stop using the device if it gets hot or looks damaged.
