[Solved] XLIM Pro 3 says no atomizer after changing pod

My XLIM Pro 3 worked fine yesterday but after putting a new pod in it keeps showing no atomizer. Is that usually the pod or the device?

I had this once after a bit of liquid got around the contacts. Wiping the bottom of the pod and the contacts helped.

Start by drying the pod base and the two contact points inside the device. Then test a second pod if you have one. If one pod works and the other does not, it is normally the pod. If no pods are detected, check for liquid residue or a damaged contact and speak to the retailer if the kit is new.
