Include your device, pod resistance, e-liquid type and what happened before the problem started. Example: “XLIM Go Lite, 0.8 ohm pod, 50/50 nic salt, leaking after refill.”

I put a new pod in yesterday and the flavour was good at first, but now it is already weak. It is not burnt, just muted.

Could be the liquid or wattage. Very sweet liquid made my pods go flat faster.
Weak but not burnt usually points to wattage, airflow, pod saturation, liquid choice or pod age. Check the printed wattage range, close airflow slightly and make sure the liquid is suitable for XLIM pods. If flavour was good and dropped quickly, very sweet liquid or heavy chain vaping can flatten the pod fast.
