The fire button works on my XLIM but auto draw has stopped. Is that a setting or something blocked?
Auto draw relies on airflow through the sensor. Remove the pod, wipe the base, check for condensation, and make sure the airflow is not fully blocked. If button fire works, the battery is likely fine. If auto draw stays dead on multiple pods, ask the retailer to check the device.
