Starter discussion: is a burnt pod always obvious, or can it feel like weak flavour first?

Burnt pods can show up as harshness, a dry cotton taste, darker liquid inside the pod, or a flavour that never recovers after refilling. Once the wick is burnt, cleaning normally will not fix it.

Use the burnt taste guide to rule out setup problems before replacing pods.
