I noticed my Xlim Pro 2 isn't charging consistently. Sometimes it works, and other times it doesn't register the charger. Could this be a faulty port?
USB-C charging issues are often due to a loose port. Try wiggling the cable slightly to see if it connects.
If charging is intermittent, it could be a faulty charging port. You may need a warranty replacement.
