After refilling my NeXLIM pod I get a wet sound for the first few puffs. Am I filling it wrong?
Try not filling right to the top and wipe the mouthpiece before using it.
Leave a small air gap, close the bung firmly, and take a few gentle puffs after refilling. If liquid has entered the chimney, wrap tissue around the mouthpiece and flick gently downward, then wipe the pod base. Repeated flooding usually means overfilling, damaged seals or a worn pod.
