My NeXLIM shows battery on the screen but will not fire with the pod in. What is the first thing to try?
Remove the pod, dry the contacts, reinsert firmly, and test another pod if possible. If the second pod works, the first pod may have failed. If neither pod works and the device is charged, contact the retailer rather than trying to repair it.
