Include your device, pod resistance, e-liquid type and what happened before the problem started. Example: “XLIM Go Lite, 0.8 ohm pod, 50/50 nic salt, leaking after refill.”

If I need warranty help for an OXVA, what photos or details should I collect before contacting the shop?

I would take a photo of the device, box, receipt and the problem on screen if possible.

Collect the order receipt, device model, batch or authenticity details if available, clear photos of the device and pod, and a short description of what happened. If the issue is charging, leaking, no atomizer or screen behaviour, include when it started and whether you tested a fresh pod/cable. Do not keep using or charging a device that appears damaged, overheats or has liquid inside the port.
