Include your device, pod resistance, e-liquid type and what happened before the problem started. Example: “XLIM Go Lite, 0.8 ohm pod, 50/50 nic salt, leaking after refill.”

Starter Q&A example: After refilling, my OXVA showed no atomizer. Did I break it?

Probably not. Remove the pod, wipe the contacts, check the pod base is dry, and reseat it firmly. If the message stays, test another pod. If a fresh pod works, the original pod was the issue. If no pod works, contact the retailer or OXVA support.

No atomizer is often pod/contact related, not always a dead device.
