I scratched the authenticity label too hard and damaged part of the code. Is there another way to check?

Maybe contact the retailer with photos and order info.

If the code is unreadable, contact the retailer first with photos of the packaging and order details. Also compare packaging quality and model details. Avoid posting full codes publicly.
